1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website may store on your device through your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, may serve comparable purposes. Session cookies usually disappear when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain until expiry or deletion.
2. Which categories do we use?
- Strictly necessary technology: for navigation, security, language and session preferences. It cannot be disabled without affecting core operation.
- Preference cookies: to remember non-essential choices and personalise the experience.
- Analytics cookies: to understand in aggregate how pages and features are used and to diagnose errors.
- Marketing cookies: to measure campaigns or show more relevant communications. This category is used only when actually configured and after consent.
3. Consent and preferences
Non-essential cookies are placed only after a valid choice where required by law. You can later withdraw or change consent through cookie settings once that feature is enabled on the published website. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively.
4. Third parties
Some features may use hosting, security, analytics, payment or integration providers. They may place cookies only in line with the selected settings and their role. Before publication, the final version must include a current cookie list stating name, provider, purpose and retention period.
5. Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of Invoxi may then work less effectively. Consult the current support instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
6. Questions and updates
For questions about cookies or personal data, contact info@invoxi.eu. This policy will be updated when technologies or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the latest version.
